JOIN OUR TEAM

We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer, who will be responsible for building out a world class training program, starting with an online education program, and then extending with instructor led offerings. The Technical Trainer will ensure a world class content delivery platform with exceptional online curriculum, a sales and marketing plan and business focus to drive awareness and demand, and a business relationship across the organization to ensure we have the required support (IT, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners).

A qualified candidate will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in Business, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field; or a combination of commensurate experience and education. Ten plus years' experience in a software training role, three plus years of experience designing Learning Plans, preferably with software companies, five plus years of experience creating eLearning content that is instructionally sound and engaging, and two plus years of experience leading an instructional design team to develop compelling content. Experience with revenue responsibility for training or services P&L a plus. Demonstrated experience rolling out a LMS and an online education program. Knowledge of Moodle preferred. Proven experience translating technical material into concise eLearning for both technical and non-technical users, experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe eLearning Suite, TechSmith, Camtasia, or other similar eLearning tools, proven success rolling out new programs, working with internal resources and vendors, passion for education and learning, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to interact frequently with program managers, developers, SMEs and senior management, ability to lead a team of creative people, ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly, ability to thrive in an incredibly fast-paced and globally-focused environment, exceptional teamwork skills, and expertise in all aspects of technical and operational program management. Experience developing and implementing certification programs, developing instructor led training materials, and experience developing and managing a partner training program a plus.
