Job Description & Overview

Spirion LLC, an enterprise security, privacy and risk management software, is seeking a Customer Success Manager, to develop relationships with the client to improve satisfaction, loyalty, adoption, and retention. The CSM provides our customers with access to a trusted, knowledgeable resource, who will assist them with achieving their goals from their Spirion partnership. Focusing on sensitive data management across multiple industries, a CSM will be working across a broad range of customers, helping them to maximize their return on their investment of the Spirion solution.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Determine baselines and metrics for success with assigned Spirion customers
    • Work with the Sales and the Services team to develop these success statements, plans, and ensure internal alignment to the customers goals.
    • Engage with and guide regularly Spirion's customers as to the best use of the platform to meet their objectives.
    • Follow the Spirion Customer Success processes for both reactive and proactive tasks.
    • Drive continued value for Spirion's customers on the Spirion platform by using and reviewing metrics periodically.
    • Encourage customer advocacy and reference-ability.
    • Identify upsell opportunities and assist the Sales Team in defining these opportunities.
    • Monitor analytics and respond to changes in patterns.
    • Provide customers with insight into the value they are getting from the platform and identify areas for improvement.
    • Advocate for the customer within Spirion, functioning as a liaison between Spirion's customers and all internal Spirion teams, such as Engineering, Support, and Professional Services, as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Product Development Team and communicate real world requirements.
    • Keep the customer updated and with an understanding of new product developments, as appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate documentation
    • Utilize all available resources to achieve results
    • Demonstrate proper telephone and email techniques and etiquette
    • Successfully develop creative strategies
    • Analyze, access, input, and retrieve data.
    • Report pertinent information and assist with tasks to support department operations.
    • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Spirion products and market.
    • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
    • Ensure Customer Service delivery.

Requirements:

Three plus years of proven performance as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or a similar role, self-motivated, energetic, professional, with a demonstrated ability to help drive customer success, exemplary customer service, management, and organizational skills, level of comfort in communicating to all levels of a customer's organization, with a strong emphasis to provide valuable guidance and keep knowledge of a customer's systems, organization, and requirements, creative problem solving skills, with a flair for proactivity, and the confidence to provide a coaching style, a strong ability to influence and encourage customers, and sound knowledge of cloud-based computing, SaaS organizational models, and associated processes. Experience working in Project Management and/or Data Security a strong plus. Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Business, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field; or a combination of commensurate experience and education.
